Worst service I have ever had. Kiosk was out of paper. Ended up ordering twice. Found out later charge went through, $50 plus bill. Never got the first order. Told manager. Said she was too busy. If your going to use kiosk, you better provide customer with a receipt.

Just went through the drive thru, we ordered three chicken nugget meals. Nuggets were good, but whoever packed our order failed to include any of our requested sauces, napkins, and all the fries were put in the bag sideways causing them all to spill out over the bag. I tried to call the store but all I get is a fax machine sound.

Asked for 3 cups of coffee and she took my order and then started filling the napkin receptical. There was no one else in the building. So I stood and watched her. Then she asked me to move over so I wasn't blocking the register. I told her there is no one else here. So I moved and then she made my 3 coffees and put them on the counter. I had to ask for a tray so I could carry them out. Ridiculous
