They made everything incredibly easy, from menu planning to working with us to the set-up of the basement area where the event was held. Everything went smoothly leading up to the event and it was well-executed. I would recommend reaching out to them if you are looking for a space to hold a large group.“

“This establishment is located in the basement of the American Legion. We were greeted warmly by the bartender and sat down to look over the menu at a 4 top table. The bartender took our food order and within 10 minutes all four of our lunches were brought out piping hot and delicious!! Definitely will be returning to try a fish fry and possibly a pizza!“

Even fried pickles & our FAVE was the Flammkuchen french onion flatbread!!!! 🤩🤤 So crispy & full of flavor! “Great place. Food is excellent and prices are still reasonable for what you get. Of course plenty of Bloody Mary options, all of which are wonderful. ? Burgers are really good as are the chicken options. No chili today, only disappointment. ? Ample parking nearby and wasn't too busy for midday Sunday.“

“My 7 yo daughter and I stopped in today grab some lunch for the first time. Our server was Christina and she was simply amazing! We never had to request for a refill and she made sure we had everything we needed. She offered helpful suggestions, too. Children's menu was great with lots of options and the menu has lots of variety as well. I did get the Artichoke dip which was the best I've had. 10/10 and we'll stop again when we're in the area.“

“We stopped by Sunday afternoon to have lunch after dress shopping. It was myself, my 5 yr old, my mom, my Mother-in-law, 2 sisters, and my cousin. The service was friendly and fast and the food was absolutely delicious. I was pleasantly surprised in the variety of food offered and how it was different than most “bar and grill” food. “Good drinks, great karaoke and fantastic staff, both bartender and server. My wife lost her wallet and I went back the next morning to see if it was there. Dino dropped what he was doing to and went to great lengths help me and my 9 year old daughter who was tagging along, find the wallet. He showed me a level of customer service I haven’t seen in a very long time, and even gave my daughter a cookie on our way out. I will most definitely be back every time I’m in the area!“

“I went to visit my cousin who recently move to the area from CA. I live in Arizona and researched bars in the area. This was rated high so I went. All I can say is that this place is awesome! Great environment, people were way cool and drink are excellent in price! Great job everyone! Can't wait to go back!“

“It was our first time at your restaurant; I brought my two children who are wheelchair users, and my twelve year old. The hostess didn't bat an eyelash: just got is to an appropriate table, which is something that is rare. The server was helpful and kind. The food is delicious: love the broasted chicken and Cole slaw. My daughter's burger was nicely done. The onion rings were perfect, and the root beer was refreshing. Thank you for a lovely dinner in Pewaukee on the 4th! We will come again.“

“Sawmill is one of my all time favorite places to come after church. The food is always amazing, the holiday decor is wonderful and is always a great experience, until today... Unfortunately, the waitress "T" was absolutely awful, she was rude and should really find a new profession not dealing with people. I would hope it was just a bad day for her, but she ruined our experience. We have never left a $0 tip and that should tell management that she needs a chat. Still great food and atmosphere. We'll be back, but will not ever have her again! God Bless Oh and a different waitress had a packer shirt that says "I love it when he goes deep". I'm not a prude, but seriously so inappropriate for a restaurant to allow that!“
