The taco-bell and its service is great at this location. Including the manager their whole staff is really great. I been going to this location for last 2 years and never disappointed. I would definitely recommend this location anyone who is looking to eat quick meal or drive through.

I'm telling you; customer service, true to form customer service is dying off everywhere. It seems like everyone is ok with it. I am not. My money goes to those that show me they want it. The guys working drive-thru here get it. They treated like a friend would since my first visit. I hail from West Bend, two Taco Bell locations. I recommend neither one. The one in Sussex though? They'll treat you right. Please keep it up guys! You have a regular in me every time I leave...

This location has improved. Everyone is really friendly and seems to take pride in their work, from what I've witnessed. The food comes out quick and consistent. They seem to try new things on the menu. So you can never get bored, while also being able to order old favorites.
