“Stopped in for a snack and coffee. The spot is a bit on the right side and people don't seem to be aware of anyone other than themselves. Fun on a knee scooter, I wouldn't recommend it. The coffees and bakery were all pretty good and I wouldn't have any co.plaints about that for sure. The staff was decent and seemed to be working at getting the orders out. It did seem that prices were high for what we got. $27 for a couple of bakery items and coffees.“

“Grafton Arts Mill Coffee Roastery has quickly become one of my favorite local spots. The coffee is outstanding, rich and freshly roasted with flavors that stand out compared to anything you can get at a big chain. You can tell they take real pride in the beans and the craft behind every cup.
The atmosphere is just as good. The old mill building gives it a warm, comfortable feel that makes you want to slow down for a bit. It is a great place to relax, meet a friend, or get a little work done with steady background energy but none of the noise you find in busy cafés. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which adds to the whole experience.
If you enjoy high quality coffee in a calm and inviting setting, this place is absolutely worth the stop.“

“I stopped in after running the Veteran’s Day 5K downtown, expecting to grab a quick coffee and head home — but this Stone Creek location completely surprised me in the best way.
I used to live on the East Side and thought I already knew Stone Creek well… but this Whitefish Bay café is on another level. The energy, the layout, the bakery selection, the buzz of people laughing and chatting — it felt like walking into a celebration of community.
My coffee was perfection. My food was unique and delicious. And the people-watching? Soul-filling. Every table had a story, and it was such a joy to slow down and take it all in.

“I am an introvert so never ever would I think that getting my coffee would be such a pleasant experience! Shout out to my AM coffee people for treating me like a valued customer everyday, for making my speciality drink without ever complaining, & for their incredible efficiency, smiling faces & conversation! Each one of them is a great human: Alexis, Edrick, Amaiah, Corrine, Cassidy, Catherine, Janie, Jaedyn, Nick L., Nick R., Dina, Ava, & Molly. “I came here for a tea while waiting for my daughter and didn’t know what to expect because it is in a church. I was pleasantly surprised that you can enter the cafe directly and they have Rishi teas. The barista was friendly and they have a variety of spaces available to work, relax or chat. This neighborhood is lacking in cafes, so I appreciate having this option.“

“I want to give a shout out to Victoria and Sierra for exceptional customer service at my visit today.
I ordered through the app for drive thru pick up. Victoria was working the drive thru today and met me with the friendliest attitude, both at the intercom and the window.
When interactions are so short it can be hard to get a solid impression of someone, but Victoria’s genuinely friendly and positive demeanor shined.
I wanted to email in to the store to leave a compliment to make sure her supervisors would see but couldn’t find it. So I chose to call the store where I spoke with Sierra. I was met with the same friendliness and hospitality. Sierra told me both her store manager and the district manager were in today and she would be thrilled to pass the compliment along.
I work in customer service too and can appreciate how important it is, especially around the holidays and busy seasons, to take time to write a positive review. After speaking with Sierra I decided I should leave a public compliment to give kudos to both employees, and the store. I went at a busy time, so for both of my interactions with the two different employees to have been so hospitable, and for my drink (my favorite of the year! I get a short praline late with two shots of espresso) to be made perfectly, clearly this store is doing something right.“

“Normal Starbucks, staff is kind and helpful. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because their iced drinks at this location are often lukewarm. The staff mentioned the ice machine they have has very pebble like ice which often melts when they add the espresso. Would encourage higher ups to look at getting a different ice machine so that iced drinks are actually iced!“

“I came to this Starbucks inside Target early in the morning on the coldest Friday, and it absolutely made my entire day. My drink was hands-down the best Starbucks drink I’ve ever had — perfectly made, perfectly warm, and exactly what I needed in that moment.
What truly makes this location exceptional is the employees, especially the lady at the counter that morning. She is genuinely my favorite — so friendly, welcoming, and kind. Her energy was warm and positive, which is especially appreciated so early in the morning and on such a freezing day. You can tell she truly cares about customers and takes pride in what she does.
This Starbucks has the best team I’ve experienced at any location. They turned a cold, early morning into a comforting, feel-good experience, and that kind of service really stands out. I will absolutely go out of my way to come back here.

“First time at this Dunkin location and we were around the area for an appointment. There are three windows and the lady told us to pull up to the first window but the first window looked like it was just a walk up window for your order in front of the Dunkin building, so we drove past it and got to second window- no one was there so we went to third window and there was no one there either and we ended up making two circles around until we drove behind the customer that was behind us from before.
Knocked one star down on my review because this can be confusing for people who aren’t from the area. Might be helpful to add ‘pay here’ and ‘pick up here’ signs on the windows.“
