The food was delicious, and the service was a failure. We ordered two Happy Meals and two quarter pounder meals. After they brought out our food, at the table with my hungry little critters, we discovered that neither Happy Meal had fries. I walked the twelve feet back to the counter and said we were missing French fries. The cashier asked to see my receipt. We’ve stopped three times in less than a week and a half. Our food was hot and our order correct each time. There was a young man who worked hard to welcome us and make sure we had service with a smile and a bit of humor. We appreciate your extra effort. Kudos, Thorp McDonald’s.
