“Ordered for my daughters end of year softball party. Everyone absolutely loved all of it!! We ordered chicken, barbacoa, and steak tacos with tamales. My husband, who LOVES tamales, asked why we didn't order more for just us and the girls and their siblings gobbled all of the tacos up. Every parent asked for contact information. Highly recommend. Hoping to order more in December!!“

“Love Taylor’s on Toft! My fiancé and I had our engagement party here and it was everything we wished it to be and so much more! Mary (the owner) is very gracious and flexible when it came to letting us come in early to set up. The bartenders and servers were great. Everything went perfectly and I couldn’t be more happy! I highly recommend considering Taylor’s for your next party or event!“

“They have many options. However, there are few varieties of food for vegetarian or vegan diners. The dinning room has spectacular views of Grass Lake.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian and vegan options are clearly labeled.Dietary restrictions: I saw the salad was the only option for vegetarian gluten free. It was delicious.Parking: It's a very small parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcome here.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp to get to the door.“

“For a bar in Fox Lake this place is pretty good. It's got plenty of beer and liquor, along with some basic food to go along with it. Lynn Catherine's is hilariously described as a deli: that's funny stuff. Come here to play some slots and hang. The prices are pretty good, but you wouldn't expect to pay much at a place such as this. After visiting the lake we came here. It's one of the many bars in town, located in the middle of downtown close to a few others. This place doesn't look like much, but has a good amount of indoor seating and there's a patio. Drinks are cheap. It's about $4 for a basic cocktail like whiskey and whatever. Even though the food isn't impressive, it's not like it's bad. It's about $7 for shareables such as the Pretzel Bites. These were a little burnt, but not that bad to be honest. Good place for cheap drinks and food. It's popular with locals but it's a good place for anyone to stop into. There's also events like live music and whatever.“

“Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Station 51 Truck Company Bar & Grill, where my experience turned out to be a delightful surprise. Initially, we tried The Original Poutine, which deviated from our expectations (I'm from the South). However, the GM Mike's personal attention and explanation provided a unique twist - it's made with chicken stock, and admittedly, there was a bit of an overuse of flour that day. His sincerity and enthusiasm were infectious, leading us to try the Lobster Rolls. Despite not being a seafood aficionado, I found myself quickly devouring the whole thing! The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the crab cakes, which stood out as our favorite. Another noteworthy dish was the Station Bacon pork belly, drizzled with a chipotle maple BBQ glaze that was nothing short of amazing. A small tip for future diners: if the texture of fat is not to your liking, do mention you prefer it well done. They're more than accommodating and will ensure it's rendered down. All in all, Station 51 offers not just great food but a memorable dining experience.“

“Love the farm to table approach and that the restaurant pays their staff a living wage. Some of the food options are unique, which I liked, and the ham and gouda crepes I had were delicious. The staff are very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. My favorite aspect of the restaurant is the décor! Love the eclectic art from local artists, fire place and nature inspired chandelier.“

“It's an area icon! If you like history. The foods always great there servers are mostly great. But it's sooooo loud u can't have a conversation. If your kiddos are sensitive to sound or anyone is hard of hearing use caution choosing times to go. Otherwise a great piece of history“
