“I ordered my food online but still messed up the order. The burger, onion rings, and soda were good. The chicken nuggets were old. They forgot my sauces had to back. I had to call out hello to get someone to come to the counter so I could get my sauces. The girl with pink hair working the counter was asking a co-worker if he liked working there complaining to the co-worker she didn't like working. And it showed her adatude and demeanor showed.“

“You will not find a better Taco Bell store. The staff is amazing, the food is always hot when served, and actually looks like the pictures. The store is clean no matter what time you go in there, and the staff is always friendly yet professional. I've been to Kenosha, Racine, Burlington, and other locations in S.E. Wisconsin, none can compare to the Richmond, Illinois store. As a Packer fan, I don't like giving a win to Illinois, but on this one, this trophy goes to this store.....“

“Food is always good here- usually get the chicken tenders. Son loves the concrete mixer with heath and caramel. We were there the other day and ordered a root beer float- it tasted strange so I brought them back up, explained the taste, they checked and realized the syrup was empty- they apologized and remade the drinks for us.“

“All the employees are nice. There’s a lady that’s been working here for a while and she’s the best - always friendly and cheerful and if you have to wait on something, she always let you know right away. The food is hot and fresh and the treats just seem to taste better at this location.“

“Always a delicious spot for lunch and dinner. Daily specials posted on the white board inside. Tacos never disappoint! I always get 2 tacos and some rice with a horchata. Dine in available but beware parking a little weird outside and if you're unfamiliar with unloading wheelchairs in a slight slant I would park in the side or exterior of the building of at all possible. Parking is limited and easier to pull into going north bound on rt 12. South bound you sit in the meridian until traffic dispurses. There are also signs posted for not parking at the local deli next door, just avoid the south end of the building actually.“

“They made the best Carmel Macchiato with a triple shot of espresso, carmel syrup, 3 liquid sugar shots, 7 sugars, whole milk, cream and whipped cream, for me at 11:15pm Friday night October 18, 2024. The guys that work at night are life savers for a tired door dasher. Thank you guys.“

“Brayden is such a kind man. He is great at taking my order and always has a welcoming face. When I pull up and see his smile. I get full of excitement to order. He is the only reason I come to this Taco Bell. Even though its 16 miles from my house. Its better than going to the Taco Bell in Antioch, which sucks. The parking lot is too small when I try to bring my truck and trailer in. If you see Brayden, you know your order is gonna be good.

Parking: The parking lot is very small. Hard for me to pull in with my truck and trailer.“

“It was quite the lunch rush, looked like they had 5+ online orders, plus a walk in with 10+ sandwiches, all different, to go. The guys behind the counter were SO kind and pleasant despite being slammed. And got me in and out with my lunch in just a few minutes. Sandwich was delicious of course.“
