“We had a fantastic experience at Sieberts Pub and can’t wait to come back. The cocktails were outstanding. My Old Fashioned Sour Brandy was actually muddled, which was a great touch, and the gin mule was incredibly refreshing.

The food was just as impressive. The mushroom flatbread featured house-made bread, and the clam chowder was hands down the best I’ve ever had. The addition of bacon took it to another level. My pan-fried bluegill was excellent, and I was genuinely surprised by how good the grilled vegetables were.

It’s clear they take pride in making things from scratch. The ranch, fries, chips, and mashed potatoes were all house-made and delicious.

Beyond the food and drinks, the atmosphere was perfect for bringing our family. The staff and owner were exceptionally kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
