“I would like to acknowledge an employee at this location by the name of Jonathon. My excellent customer service began at the drive thru window where he assisted me on how to get the best "bang for my buck." This wasn't solicited. He just did it because not only is he a good guy, but he is obviously a fantastic employee!When I pulled forward to pay, Jonathon was friendly, kind, and professional. He was also multi-tasking. (NOT EASY!) I noticed he was complimentary to his fellow employees and everyone working there appeared to be working hard and seemed truly happy.I don't know Jonathon's title. If he's not a manager, he probably should be. People work best for people they like. A businesses success or failure is all about the staff.This BK had a great team and I hope they are appreciated so they stay.I don't think people realize what a hard job working in fast food can be.I was highly impressed and will definitely be back!Thank you.“
