Went to get brunch--we were told in the drive through line that they are "short staffed" and we would need to wait a few minutes, which we did, wholly understanding the situation. We waited 10 minutes. They then came back on the speaker and told us we would "have to order online--we aren't accepting in-person orders." That makes ZERO sense after telling us to wait to take our order.

Good food super slow service. Just waited 10 plus minutes for a single coffee because someone wanted a dozen bagels toasted... how bout have them pull forward so everyone else can get their single items?I drove away without getting anything.
