Starbucks in Waukesha

“I’ve been going to this starbucks for a few years and pretty much all the time have a wonderful experience. I go so much that I got to know Travis and Emily and sometimes they even know my order! They always ask how my day is or any plans for the day.. Makes me feel very appreciated.“

You don't know this but I went to the wrong Starbucks twice this morning and when I got to you I was late picking up my order but my coffee was still hot and you were so nice and chipper and I really appreciated just the gesture of being kind. “This is the closest Starbucks to my home and is a regular stop for my afternoon Cold Brew. This is a relatively new store and the staff seems to rotate/change frequently, but I’ve enjoyed good service no matter who is on the afternoon shift. It’s difficult to get to this store, because it’s located on the SE side of a busy street, with no traffic lights to assist with the left turn. The most positive part of my regular visits here is that this location has the traditional Starbucks ice, not the new smaller, chewy ice that the company is putting into stores.

Parking: There is plenty of parking here, but most spots are at the opposite end of the building, closer to the ATT store.“

“Carly (shift lead), Cassy (on register) and Natalie (on bar) were so so so kind to me on Wednesday March 22nd 2023. They recommended a blonde oat milk latte with raspberry and vanilla, I never would have tried it, but it tasted like literal HAPPINESS in a hot beverage. I have never been treated so kindly as these three women did for me, they picked up on what I needed that day. I wish nothing but the best for these women, and their whole team. They are running a beautiful store with the kindest souls.I worked at Starbucks 10 years ago and it's hard to go back but they might have regained my trust in the brand knowing folks like them are on the roster!“

“It is a nice quiet place to enjoy your coffee and people-watch. The staff is great. The baristas know what they are doing and make the drink the way you want to perfection.Good selection of various sundries to buy.Do not expect a lot of seating, though. It looks to me that they took a lot of seats out of the store. I have no idea why. But at least there is seating. A sad thing for me is that so many Starbucks now are standing room only.“
