This place has amazing food! Came here for work lunch and ended up pausing a meeting to talk about how good the food was. It's inside a gas station but everything is clean. There is limited barstool tupe seating and a few tables. This is a drive 45 minutes out of the way destination.
Taqueria Miyagi has the best Burritos and Birria Tacos in the area! Both the Adobo Chicken and Asada burritos were spot on, complex and balanced flavors made with high quality ingredients. Can’t go wrong here.

There’s not only a sense of comfort from the food, but also a lot of different subtle flavor flavor with the proteins they cook on the grill.
I also think it’s a good value for the portions if the tacos with their perfectly cooked, large , clean, pieces of jumbo shrimp.
Looks questionable at first since it’s attached to a gas station instead of a truck now, but...
