Food is amazing and authentic. Food was so good and the chef so accommodating that I have since had him cater a family event, for my well-traveled relatives visiting from the Philippines. I wish I lived closer to the restaurant to be able to frequent it often.
Anyone that likes seafood needs to try their Baja shrimp tacos.
There’s not only a sense of comfort from the food, but also a lot of different subtle flavor flavor with the proteins they cook on the grill.
I also think it’s a good value for the portions if the tacos with their perfectly cooked, large , clean, pieces of jumbo shrimp.
Looks questionable at first since it’s attached to a gas station instead of a truck now, but...

This place has amazing food! Came here for work lunch and ended up pausing a meeting to talk about how good the food was. It's inside a gas station but everything is clean. There is limited barstool tupe seating and a few tables. This is a drive 45 minutes out of the way destination.
