A few years ago, I'd give it a 3, a year ago Id give it a 1, but recently I went again and I'd give it a 3. Apps are typically mediocre at best and drinks overpriced for Waukesha, but rest of the menu is good. The staff and bartender were prompt and polite.
Place is on the upswing. So worth giving another shot.

Great place to hang out, shoot some darts, play some pool... The food for a bar is AMAZING, and the prices are legit ?
Not only did the bar staff make a super welcoming environment they made sure that we were enjoying our time, checking in regularly. As 2 gals on a night out it was somewhere we definitely felt safe due to the attentiveness of the staff. Food was home made and GLORIOUS.Parking was available at the front and the back. Pool table very well maintained as well as a juke box and darts

Waukesha Evolution offers a super welcoming environment with attentive staff. The homemade food is glorious, and the bar has a well-maintained pool table, jukebox, and darts. The bartenders, Kristi and Heather, are always amazing. The owner, Joey, is friendly and outgoing, offering helpful local information. Wheelchair accessibility is available through the flat front entrance. A must-visit bar in the city.
