Zilli Hospitality Group was absolutely unbelievable. From start to finish, they were incredibly accommodating with our ongoing requests, changes, and modifications. Yesterday we got married at Western Lakes Golf Club, which has Zillis as a catering company. We received multiple compliments throughout the night about the staff and food. The staff were helpful with promptly following through on any requests. Throughout the planning process, I emailed one of the managers frequently. She was quick to respond and to help our day to run smoothly. The food was amazing! Our personal favorite was the pesto salad and the tenderloin.
When we chose to have our wedding at Boerner Botanical Gardens, I had no idea how exceptional our experience with Zilli Hospitality Group would be. Admittedly, we chose Boerner because we loved the venue space and ZHG happened to be the exclusive caterer. The food is a huge hit, and they are even able to create off-menu items at request, which makes the experience feel even more personalized. The staff are helpful with promptly following through on any requests. The food is amazing, with personal favorites including the pesto salad and the tenderloin.
They are also so helpful with the décor and setup. The team helps bring everything together beautifully, and their energy throughout the entire process is fun, positive, and infectious. They work so well with other vendors to make the day feel as seamless as possible. The staff on-site are kind, fun, professional, and all pitch in to make the event run as smoothly as possible. They are truly committed to making a dream wedding day come true. When a Late Night Snack option was inquired about, the chefs could whip up anything. When guests wanted Raising Cane’s, it was ordered and delivered, kept in warmers, and even provided with a variety of sauces for dipping. Guests thoroughly loved it.
The staff that assisted in the preparation, serving, and clean up are truly exceptional. The bartenders and servers are SO thoughtful and kind. The staff on the day of the event are incredibly hospitable, professional, and attentive, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of. They relieved stress, encouraged, and made a “big to-do” fun and enjoyable. The team goes above and beyond to create an innovative menu that perfectly reflects the theme while bringing creative, out-of-the-box ideas. They truly stepped up and delivered an extraordinary culinary experience that impressed all of the guests. From the creativity of the menu to the flawless execution, everything exceeded expectations.
