Steakhouse chain with good food. Very busy location and there is a median that prevents traffic from turning in if not coming from the nearby freeway exit. Atmosphere is a bit too loud for me, but that is true to their brand and motif. I like to get a medium or medium rare new york strip, well trimmed. Its awesome with just salt and pepper.
Our server went above & beyond to make us happy!! The one time we needed additional assistance & he wasn't available, two other servers stepped up immediately and assisted us!! Great food & very friendly servers!!
Their quality has gone down in the WAUSAU, WI location. It feels as though they know people will come no matter if the food, service, or cleanliness is good. The bathrooms were dirty/unattended. The time before my 18oz Riley was 1/3 grizzle and fat, inedible. This time I mentioned what happened the time before and the waitress tried to get my order straight but although the steak was better it still seemed the quality of meat was low grade. One more time and I will stop coming....
