We ordered appetizer that we did not get. The food came and we said we didn't get the appetizer. Waitress asked if we still wanted it - well no - the idea is to eat it while waiting for entree. She said she'd give us a card for a free appetizer next time. When we paid I asked about the card she promised and she said she had to check with manager. She came back manager said no card - they could make the appetizer in 3 minutes. We wanted it at beginning - not dessert....
I really like this Texas RH in particular. I always feel like this restaurant’s service is so much better than some of the other Texas RH’s. I had Rib Eye (12oz), and salads back to back 3 days. Nice place
This is an awesome Texas Roadhouse. Our food was perfect, our waitress was great, and the restaurant atmosphere was exactly as it should be. The place was packed, but our wait was short.
