Female employee working there decided to store my name as something totally different which led to a lot of confusion when I tried to return my uncooked pizza. Ordered a pan pizza delivered, when it got here it was uncooked. Cheese wasn’t melted and doughy. I’m certain it was intended to be that way. Manager wouldn’t send another pizza, so I had to drive over there and exchange with the promise I would get a credit for the delivery fee. I did not receive it. Girl who took...read full review

I ordered food at 10 pm driver here to find the place closed at 10:30 even though the order was accepted online. Thanks for the waste of time I hope the owner reads this and you all where supposed to be at work
Pizza Hut is a restaurant that offers pizza and breadstix. A customer who had surgery and was recovering ordered delivery to their hotel. The pizza and breadstix were delivered, but the ranch condiment, which was paid for, was forgotten. The customer called the store and spoke with a shift manager, who offered a store credit but could not adjust the credit card charge. The manager suggested the customer pick up the condiment, but the customer could not drive. Eventually, the customer said they would just be out the amount.
Despite this experience, the customer has had positive interactions with the employees at this location in the past. They have found them to be friendly and helpful. The customer particularly mentioned Bernadette, who they described as professional, sweet, and hilarious.
In a separate incident, another customer ordered two pizzas for delivery. One of the pizzas was missing pepperonis, and the other had too much cheese and little sauce. The customer called to complain and was offered an exchange, but would have to drive back to the restaurant to do so.
Overall, the customer appreciates the friendly service at this Pizza Hut location and the efforts of the employees, but has had issues with the accuracy of their orders. They suggest that the restaurant focus on improving the quality and consistency of their pizzas.
