“We sat at the bar, and we had such a great experience. I wish I could remember the bartender’s name! She was knowledgeable, friendly, and made some great suggestions. She really cared that we liked and enjoyed our meal. I had the seafood ramen and my wife had garlic fried rice. We started with the cauliflower app and the pork dumplings. The food was fantastic. “I came here after work with a coworker. Absolutely delicious! I had the spicy chicken ramen with corn added. I also saw they had Korean corn dogs so I had to try that for the first time. It was all so delicious!! The staff were friendly and nice. I usually order this through door dash and decided to sit down and eat. It was clean and quick.“
“Atmosphere is very unique. Staff is friendly and helpful. Visited for dinner. Ordered the coconut shrimp. Was very good with sauce provided. Also ordered the French fries. Loved how they made it with the sauce. Very crispy till the end. Had the Banh Mi. Unfortunately this was where I had to drop a star. Meat and filling was great. However, the bread roll was not baguette style and crispy. Soft and more a hoagie style. Banh Mi bread should be a crispy. So for me, will order other items and not the Banh Mi. Otherwise I look forward to trying the Ramen and other items.“

“The Tonkotsu ramen is to die for! And it's so nice to visit the Crossroads location while the main shop is closed. My only complaint is that when you request something added to your ramen, they almost always forget it or confuse it with something else. But the food is so good that it really doesn't matter!“

“Our favorite Poke place in MKE. Reasonable pricing, friendly staff, and good fish quality, as well. Some other Poke places in the area are very rice-heavy, but bowls at Fusion are balanced and there's a wide variety of toppings and sauces, too.“
“Absolutely excellent food and mostly nice staff. Our one bad visit is when we came once when the dining room was wide open but they we're expecting a couple big reservations in over an hour from then and they acted like it was a problem or a burden to seat us. They made a big show of making us wait while they looked around the dining room and "checked in back". They ended up reluctantly seating us. We were done with our meals and out of there before the big parties even arrived. So treating us like they were doing us a favor to seat us was a bummer because we love the food here so much and have been regulars for years now. At that particular meal we had brought 2 people with us from out of state who had never been there. We raved about it and were really disappointed that had been their first impression. Needless to say, this encounter hasn't stopped us from returning. We've had pleasant experiences since. Maybe that was just a bad day, I'm not sure. Glad we haven't experienced that again.“
