The Friday fish fry was outstanding in every way ! TWO full walleye filets deep fried coated in a light batter that let the flavor of the fish through without overpowering. Baked potato done the right way as in NO foil, crispy skin and salted to perfection.Will definitely return.
It's either a throwback to another era, or just a run of the mill Wisconsin small town bar. In either case, the fish dinner was pretty awesome. Huge walleye fillets battered and fried perfectly, good fries and sides, and a reasonable selection of beer. A caution though - the fillets are big enough that you may want to get one meal, split it and order am extra side or two!
