“Mainly its a bar filled with regular bar patrons. There’s actually a lot of that in these parts…but owners Dewey and Trudy know what make people feel as though they belong. Among the best things that set this awesome bar apart is Thursday nights when they host the Damn Clam Jam Band - Live music; and if you are musically inclined, you can join in! Even if you don’t, you can enjoy top-notch performances from a plethora of amazing local talent. (You won’t believe your ears). Come and participate or just sit back and enjoy the fun!!!“
“This place was super cute. Clean and friendly service. Pool tables, slot machines, games and a BOWLING ALLEY! this is a great place to stop. I rated a 4 only because we didnt try the food. We stopped in for a quik beer and continued our venture.“

“Friendly welcoming and fun atmosphere.Burgers are delicious juicy flavorful and cooked consistently each time we visit .Other food is good as well .Service is a bit slow but understandable as usually a bit short staffed during busy times.My wife and I highly recommend it if your looking for that place with the awesome burger.“

“First time in "Sweeny's" but not the building-at least 25 years since I was in the building and it looks amazing but yet took me back to times of family gathering and live music! Our bartenders were fun and our group of 8 was happy!“
