“On the smaller side. They have friendly service, a pool table, juke box, pizza and snacks. It is kind of a general bar not very modern, you won't be getting any Martini's or fruity drinks at this cozy hole in the wall. But a nice place to go.“

“This is a rustic fishing resort. The cabins were well outfitted with bedding and dishes. Our cabin had a free standing air conditioner that worked pretty well. There were kayaks available and the lake was in our backyard. Due to Covid19 concerns I didn't go to the bar, but the windows looked over the lake and I'm sure it would have been relaxing. The owners were kind and accommodating. There was a band for the beginning of the 4th of July holiday week. The entertainment tent was near our cabin but we had our yard to ourselves and were able to sit at our campfire and enjoy it.“

“We just discovered this bar this year. It is clean, nicely set up and full of fun games. They allowed us to order food from the Shop across the street and eat in here. They were so nice about it we came back a week later with a group of 11 and all ate Shop food and played games and drank here. They do have pizza n snacks on site. Someone won over $400 on slot machine while we were there. It was a fun bar.“

“One of the best homemade Pizzas available in NW Wisconsin. Our main reason for eating here. It is a smaller place & can be real busy at times. If you are in a hurry probably not a good choice! However while waiting for your pizza they have a full bar. I can personally recommend the Draft Beer & my wife enjoyed a few mixed drinks. Otherwise they have cold cans of pop too. Very nice staff, but from what I have seen 2-4 people run the whole place. So again if its busy & you are in a hurry, not the place. They are hiring however! So if you bartend or waitress & think you could help them out go for it! Also have had the Franks Red Hot Chicken & French Fries from the appetizers section of menu. Both were awesome! Obviously the chicken was very spicy. My wife would not even try it! But she liked the french fries. When busy it can be a bit loud, but no more so than anywhere else. It is a bit of a drive from any of the nearest towns, but totally worth it in my opinion“

“Was a fun place to stop and get out of the rain, service was great, the place is packed with antiques and all sorts of memorabilia, it seemed like everywhere you looked, there was a new item you hadn't seen before.It was fairly priced and would definitely go again.“

“We've visited twice since this owner took over. Both times, despite being very busy, the food and service were excellent! Probably best in the area. We're excited to come back for the Easter brunch tomorrow. Thank you for giving us an amazing place to enjoy great food and friendly atmosphere.“

“We have stopped here several years in a row for fish fry as we have family in the area. We stopped here long ago when it was The Narrow Gauge. Always good food and pretty good drinks and beer. When they are busy be sure to order two drinks at a time as it may take a while to get your next drink. Very friendly with good food! Nice beer selection as well.“
