David was excellent.
My wife and I stopped into ODB's Classy Dive for a Saturday afternoon lunch, and we had a fantastic experience. It was nice and quiet when we arrived, with no other customers there, which made for a relaxed meal.

ODB's Classy Dive in West Allis is a self-proclaimed "classy dive bar" that delivers. The food is outstanding, with high-quality, scratch-made options that are a huge step up from a standard bar menu. Standout dishes include the smash burger, birria nachos, and the Burrata, which looks and tastes amazing. The truffle fries are loaded with flavor and easily the best thing on the menu. The *The Godfather*, a braised beef dish with a rich, birria-style broth, is absolutely delicious. The bowls are phenomenal. The drinks are strong, well-made, and inventive, with bartenders who are friendly and recommend drinks based on preferences. The service is excellent, with attentive and knowledgeable staff. The atmosphere is cozy and laid-back, with a small spot, a solid bar setup, and a nice patio with a zen garden vibe and a fire pit. The only downside is the floor can feel a little sticky. Prices are fair, and the staff makes you feel right at home. It is the best new restaurant/bar to open in West Allis in 2025, with great DJs on some nights.
