I am a big fan of Fazoli's. It's a convenient way to get my favorite Italian food. The Fazoli's location on Greenfield Ave is our go-to location, as it's the closest (and isn't really that close). The food is hot and tasty, and the breadsticks are SO GOOD. The location is clean and well-maintained. The service is great, and the employees are friendly. Baos were good. Ginger chicken Potstickers could have been a pan fried a little longer and were lacking in color and didn't have a lot of flavor to them. (They almost tasted off?)The bowl was awful. Rice was made with too much water so it was gummy and flavorless. The scoop of teriyaki chicken was mostly sauce and veggies which further watered down the already depressingly bad rice. The taste of the teriyaki chicken was good, though.Overall- Just order the bao. Lesson learned.
