Based on the reviews, Ninja in West Bend is one of the best spots in town. The hibachi is absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly every time. The steak and chicken are always tender, and the fried rice is next level. The sushi is fresh and exactly made to request, with a large selection of cocktails, drinks, wines, and beers. A Lobster specialty roll is absolutely worth it. The food is delicious, and the portions are generous, though some lunch portions can be relatively small. The fried ice cream is divine, and the mochi Japanese ice cream is very yummy. The staff is friendly, and service is quick. The chef is fun and has guests laughing throughout the evening. The booths are comfortable but could use a refresh as they are kinda battered and torn. Reservations are only needed for the Hibachi experience. The restaurant is honest, as they charged the correct amount on a receipt instead of a tip error. The ginger salad dressing and ginger sauce are amazing, though occasionally the chicken can be really dry depending on the chef.
