we went in about 6pm and had the worst service and experience that I have ever had. place our order, Crab rangoon, 2 general tso, and 2 pho soups. a girl from the kitchen brought out the 2 general tso and 1pho soup. we sat there for over 5 minutes waiting for the 2nd pho soup. i for up and huntedour waitress to let her know we are still waiting. instead of checking on our food, she went to another table and took their order. so we gave it a few more minutes. still...read full review
Food isn't bad, but drink aren't refillable. I understand the smoothies and Boba drinks, but the Teas and other minor drinks should be.
We never got to try the food, so I can’t speak to that. We left after 30 minutes of waiting to get a drink (never got it) and having to clear dirty dishes ourselves from the bar so we could have a place to sit while we were supposed to wait for a table. Decided it would be best to leave rather than continue waiting as there were many issues being brought up from other customers as well.
