“The management here makes the employees empty the trash receptacle in the bathrooms with their hands. I mean, there are no trash bags, they literally have to pull the trash out with their hands. Wait until a junkie shoots up in your bathroom and dumps his needle under some of the trash, like in the bigger cities. I cannot for the life of me think that the management here would allow such a thing.“

“Was nice and clean wasn't too busy at the time The service was friendly and helpful. And it was in flavorful sub sandwich. Wanted something lite so I had the Italian bread and the vegetable sub. Turn south on camp Phillips road from the hwy 29 exit. At the first stop lights behind the gas station.“

“I stopped in to buy a sanwich for. The girls fixed it for me and it was just the way I like it to be. This is most fantastic Subway I have ever been to. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Tha boss lady is very caring for her associates and customers. I will go to this Subway as long as I am here in Wausau!

“Was in town and needed some pho after a good night of outing and it did not disappoint.

Pho broth was very good on its own - 9/10. Didn’t have to add much condiments. My noodles were a tad overcooked (soggy) but it’s alright, mistakes happen, still enjoyed the pho. Go try the pho!!

The raw larb with sticky rice was good - 8/10.

Banh mi was solid. Love the fillings and amount of pate they put in. The breading wasn’t my preference. It’s more on the soft side, I like more of a crunch, but that’s okay! - 7/10.

Also had their Thai milk ice tea. It was amazing. 11/10. Not too sweet and had the perfect blend.

The atmosphere itself was a bit awkward in the beginning. I came in around 1pm on a Sunday, and it was very quiet with other diners. I would suggest to play some background music (doesn’t have to be too loud) to kind of break the ice. I’m glad someone notice I had NFL playing on my phone and it looked like the owner decided to put it on the big screen. Very-very cool of her to do so. It didn’t seem to bother any of the other diners.

“This subway is great! Customer service is awesome, Especially when Bonnie is there! She always makes you smile on the worst days! (Even when you have them make 3 wraps in a row, which i hated doing when I worked there!) I just wish they had a tip jar, as I like to reward great customer service!“

“We did an online order that my wife picked up on her way home. They mixed up our breads to sandwiches. Wife got home 15 minutes from store. I called about the mix up and Michael got us refunded and apologized. Like he had a thought their was a mix up. It would have been a huge issue but me and my wife have food allergies thar cross each other. I couldn't eat the really big mistake because I don't eat mayo or ranch and my wife cannot eat oregano. Very stratified with the fixing.“
