“Great dinner on a busy Friday night. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Wait was almost an hour at 6:30, which is expected when you're cranking out delicious fish. I had the pan fried walleye with their famous potato salad - yum! My husband had the fried walleye with chips - double yum! We also had our 3 kiddos with us who had a cheeseburger, chicken fingers, and a corn dog from the kiddie menu. Nice portions and prices - we will be back!“

“This was my first visit here. The food was excellent. great staff, well run establishment. Had a half rack of smoked BBQ ribs which I normally wouldn't get, but they were awesome. Fall off the bone, juicy, tender, smoked beef. 10/10 I'll be back“

“I don't drink alcohol But have no fear they served me ginger beer while I enjoyed the atmosphere. The bar sets in the back alley way a few blocks from the police station in whats called one of the schetchest neighborhoods in the beautiful city of Wausau they say I say not at all.Vegetarian options: Bloody Mary i think made with tomato juice is all I can tell yous“

“Was disappointed that I couldn't get a fish fry at a different venue so decided to go here and was pleasantly surprised by the food and service. It happened to be karaoke night so my daughter wasn't thrilled, but we enjoyed the food and service was of the charts! Would decimals recommend for a fish fry as the fish was AMAZING and really filling ❤️❤️❤️“

“I traveled from Oklahoma for the weekend and i had two experiences with this restaurant. First was a DoorDash. I ordered a pizza and it was excellent. The second experience was at the restaurant. I ordered a patty melt and tots. The patty melt was excellent as well. Both experiences were great and the food was definitely delicious! If I’m ever back up in this area, I WILL come back to The Bar. Great job guys!“

“Lots of great changes made to improve The new and greatly improved Hutches Kelly Club give it a try I promise you we will not disappoint we will go above and beyond to make you happy please give us a chance again new owners lots of new staff members clean neat place surviving great food and drinks to your liking or we will make it right ? new employee Craig I would give it a 5 out of 5 but I am biased because I work there you be the judge please ❣️o and by the way Friday fish fries are fantastic if you like light breaded fish you'll love it Brew pub french fries are Krispy and delicious. “Food was good and waitress was spot on. But it was freezing in the restaurant. Everyone was rubbing hands together and bundled up with what they had. Unfortunately it was warm outside so many including myself didn't have a jacket on. “

“In town for business and ate here 3 nights in a row. Sat at the bar and all three nights the staff was super friendly and not annoying. Great job there. The wings all three nights were medium sauce over traditional style wings. They were different each night, some cold and some warm, some almost dried out like freezer burn, and some were right on the money. The limes for the diet soda were also super dried out, like maybe sliced a few days prior, not a deal breaker. Not a bad meal at all, just inconsistent. Place was pretty clean, music was a little loud over the March Madness BB. Also some of the wings are very Keto friendly.Dietary restrictions: Medium traditional wings are keto friendly, cooked in tallow, no breading. Also the blue cheese is keto friendly“
