“Can't believe I haven't reviewed them yet. Great place in the northland. My wife is of the opinion they have the best taco pizza in NW WI. I've had it a few times and would be inclined to agree. I've been here a bunch of times and everything has been delicious. Curds are among the best in the area. Philly beef is huge and fantastic! Burgers are all really big and juicy. Great north woods place! If you're in the area, give 'em a shot.“

“Yum! Yum! Yum! We went there after dropping off our daughter at camp. It's just a small, Backwoods bar and grill, very down-home, small-town feel. It's a really great little place. We had the fish fry and the combination appetizer. So good! They were short staffed, but still had yummy food, got our orders right, knew what drinks we had, very impressive! The fried fish came out piping hot! Fish cools down really fast, so as a Mom, I'm usually eating lukewarm or cold fish. This was super hot and super good! The appetizer was amazing too! Definitely want to go back again!“

“The owners are so nice and welcoming. We love the pet friendly deck and outdoor seating. Rose's is our favorite place to eat cheese curds, try unique and delicious burgers, while checking out the huge variety of beers. Michelle even brings water bowls out for the 4 legged guests.“

“Sorry, this review is for Max's Sport Bar & Grill on Hwy 49...They have awesome outdoor sitting in front of lower long lake. They have indoor sittings as well. People ar friendly. Perch fish fried on Friday night is delicious. Oh! They have boat docks too“

“Nice relaxed atmosphere. Great place for a drink and a bite to eat. I would have given it 5 stars, but when we were there (for the very first time ever) the bartender was busy running his behind off getting drinks, making food, taking Togo orders, and what I believe was the waitress had no customers in the dining area, and instead of giving a hand she stood at the end of the bar and didn't care that there were empty drinks waiting to be filled. Then she suddenly became a team player when the owner of the bar showed up. So bartender was amazing and the waitress was lazy. Sad to see you have employees that don't care about your customers.“
