“The person who took our orders, Bella, was very polite and asked us about our day and why we were dressed up. The guys in the back were professional and competent, delivering our order in a manner that encapsulated Jimmy Johns’ “freaky fast” motto. In terms of the food, we got three sandwiches and a wrap, all of which were good. However, the “picklewich” had very small pickles and too much mayo. If your restaurant was to perfect their executions of the specials, it would make for a truly perfect dining experience.“

“I truly have amazing service every time I am here, no matter how busy I am. I should know her time, but there is a young woman who seems to be working each time I am there and she is SO dedicated to her job and even when customers are impatient or rude, she gives them the best service and handles it with patience and a smile. My food is always correct when I order online and the only time I had a complaint (chicken that tasted a bit burnt), I received a brand new bowl with freshly made chicken extremely quickly AND a refund, which I neither needed nor asked for (I did want the new bowl but they were especially kind). “I will always love McDonald’s and yes, there are some that are better than others for sure. And yes, they went through a rough period during Covid and short staffing and now overcharging, but I still love it when I’m in the mood for it that’s what I want and this McDonald’s gives me what I want. The french fries have to be fresh and they always are And I’m gonna eat inside it has to be clean and it is of course I must say that I would’ve given it five star, but they got work on the pricing innovative and as far as paying the employees they got to get over themselves and do better by their employees you just can’t consumers anymore because if you have 1 billion you can at least afford $17.50 an hour but I’ve been going there for many years and I love McDonald’s. I love the fish sandwich. I love the french fries nobody has better french fries unless you go to a high school upscale place you never really have to wait very long compared to other drive-through places and the kids love to go because the kids love their kids meal with the little treats. I still prefer the classic design inside like the original one that’s in Des Plaines, Illinois and we had one like that in Middleton and then they decided to make it more modern and it’s so sterile but anyway I go there for the food I go there because I can get it quick and I actually love their coffee, I drive through there almost twice or three times a week very early in the morning to get my coffee for the road. It’s a hell of a lot cheaper by the way and it’s really good coffee. It’s a lot cheaper than going to Starbucks so they are handicap friendly they are kid friendly.
And let me just tell you to end this review let me just tell you one thing having myself been in business for a long time and yes, it’s terrible. What happened with the situation recently with the onions but think about it oh my gosh, they’ve been in business for over 50 years. I never remember one time that there was ever ever ever an issue with their food in the sense of safety , so they’ve given us a lot of memories and a lot of fun over the years and especially the 24 hour ones when you’re really hungry or you got the munchies at two in the morning you can go to McDonald’s and get something and it will be decent. God bless and be patient things will turn around you know Americans we only have a 15 minute memory, but but this is a wake up call but it’s not isolated to McDonald’s all of the food chains need to Regulate themselves as far as checking on there farm or distribution centers where what country they’re from because we’re never gonna give up our McDonald’s can you imagine America without a McDonald’s? No so I get five stars but four stars right now just simply because they need to pay the people more and Pretty soon. I’ll have optimist there. They’ll have robots cooking the food. They can cook 24 seven and they’ll be in original investment, but that should open up to give better prices again and then pay the employees that are there to supervise the robots more money it’s all win-win.

Parking: I kindly say that all of the McDonald’s do not need 10 parking spaces taken up for people that order on the app I have never ever seen more than three people at any time even when it’s really busy they take up all those spaces because you need to put your handicap spaces back it’s like they have one handicap space now so yeah they need to improve that but they do have one but just in regular terms when regular customers come there to park

Kid-friendliness: What kid does not love McDonald’s it’s the happy meal is the big store and also the McDonald house I always leave my my change. I always tell the person put the change in for the McDonald house. They do wonderful things. Love you can’t and sometimes when I’m on a real budget, I’ll get a kids meal and it’s OK. You don’t have to be a kid to get a kids meal if you’re on a budget, but what’s fine sometimes I really want the toy too cause it’s so cute or I’ll give it to my granddaughter people do like to have a “
