I was so excited to see an A&W on our vacation! We went through the drive thru. We were the only car and had to wait for a little bit but not incredibly long. We were surprised when the staff member at the window apologized for our wait and explained that there was an issue with their shake machine. He gave us our items for free. That was so nice.

We had a good meal and the service was great! They put the wrong sauce on my son's meal and they noticed it before they brought it out and fixed it quickly. They upgraded the pasta to full size and gave us extra breadsticks! Will definitely be back!

NEED MORE STAFF! I hate to give it this review since the guy that handled our order was SO nice(had "Linda" tattooed on his neck for reference if manager is reading this)we went in on Saturday after the lunch rush and the place was pretty trashed with a lot of annoyed customers because food was slow and it was getting dirtier by the minute- trash overflowing, soda on the floor, just about every table dirty, and lots of types of soda unavailable.
