Howie's Restaurant offers a delightful mom and pop style breakfast experience with friendly staff and reasonably priced, quality food. The menu features a variety of options, including excellent French toast, crepes, steak and eggs, and omelets. While the coffee was a bit weak, the overall dining experience was relaxing and enjoyable, earning a 4 out of 5 rating from customers.
