“My family and I had a wonderful experience at this McDonald's in Wisconsin Dells! From the moment we walked in, the serving crew was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel right at home.

What really stood out was the restaurant's unique ambience. Unlike a typical McDonald's, this location has a beautiful log cabin-style design that perfectly matches the charm of Wisconsin Dells. The warm, cozy atmosphere made our meal even more enjoyable and gave the place a special character.

The restaurant was clean, the service was quick, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. It's not every day you find a fast-food restaurant with such a memorable setting and such excellent customer service. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely stop by again whenever we're in Wisconsin Dells. Highly recommended!“

“These guys should have prepared better for the car show in town.

Clearly they were understaffed but no one there seemed to make up for the lack of staff either.

People were waiting inside for over 30 min., some came in after waiting in th3 drive thru.

I got my food and left, but was watching people leave the drive thru.

Suggestion? Plan better. Have the staff there to move things along when times are busy. The staff was nice to me.“
