“I rarely leave reviews but I would like to share my experience today at this location of mcdonalds. Due to a light lunch I had earlier in the day, I started my commute home very hungry. I decided to pull over into this McDonalds to grab my usual five dollar mcchicken meal deal with a diet coke but instead of the sweet and sour i opted in for the honey mustard to spice some things up in my life. Anyways after pulling into the drive through I was promptly questioned for my order and then I went to the drive thru window to pay. My card was charged and then without even having time to put my card in my wallet my drink was handed to me. So fast I might add that the condensation hadn’t even formed on the dang cup yet. As I was putting my drink in the cupholder I turned to the side and saw my food prepared for me in a bag so clean it looked like a damn commercial. I was in awe at how swift my meal came out that I drove away with a smile saying “im lovin it”. The food in the bag was packaged so precisely that there was not a single bag fry and nor a single oil stain on the bag. My mcchicken was wrapped so well it had me thinking I transported back in time to Christmas day opening up my playstation 3 from santa claus himself. Thank you for this wonderful experience“
“I want to recognize Johnny for doing an outstanding job at McDonald’s. He keeps the restaurant clean and well organized, provides fast and friendly service, and always treats customers with respect. “I come here quite often and I find all of the staff to be very nice. The manager, Pedro, is always very helpful.The restaurant is kept very clean and having a play place is a bonus. I would highly recommend, especially the double quarter pounder; it's always fresh and hot.“
“went in the drive thru and some crazy lady started recording the girls working, they all looked like minors too. she finally got out of the line and I got my food, somehow I still managed to get it quick and hot with kind service, the line behind me tho was longgg. no idea how they deal with people like that“
“This is hands down my favorite mcdonalds in the area, i frequent this mcdonalds after work and it will be like 1-3 am and the fries are ALWAYS hot and fresh, the burgers are always how i ordered them, they always hook me up with my xt onion, the service is always so fire, theres one lady during the day that totally recognizes me and talks to me when she sees me, i looove this mcdonalds and i usually dont love mcdonalds food that much but its cheap and convienient for me after my late night shifts, i love this location thank you 🫶“
“My 4 year old and I ventured in here to go to the restroom before getting a happy meal but he didn’t quite make it in time and had an accident on the restroom floor. The manager and cashier were super nice about it all and were very kind and cordial.

“Kid-friendliness: It doesn't have a play area, but they have a good selection for kids meals, not worth the price though sadly.... Honestly last Happy meal I bought my friend I think they got like four fries in the fry cup....
Wheelchair accessibility: They are definitely wheelchair accessible so it's easy for people to get in and out they also accept service dogs which I really appreciate“
“Always kind staff. This isn't my favorite food place but it's one of the better locations. Food is always fresh and correct. Never have had an issue here. McDonald's needs to bring back salads! Remember vegetables? I do and love them.“
“This McDonalds is by far the best one in Madison. The staff here are very friendly and hard working. The night time manager Brandon is especially helpful. When my order was wrong he corrected the issue right away for me with great care and customer service. The employee taking orders in the drive through was also very helpful and on top of things. Took my order accurately and got me my food in under 5 minutes. Thank you to the hard working employees of this location!“
“look ar this delicious food this is why i shop at dairy queen cuz mcdonalds gives me food like this cuz my stomach absolutely turns into a burger after i eat good food like thid because who wouldn’t eat this like totally worth the $50 go shop at home depot“
