“Ordered on the app and picked up in the mobile order spot. They should implement an "on our way"feature or something so they start making the order before you get there. Waited 20 minutes after we arrived on an order we placed online and then drove to pick up. Drive thru line moved faster. The whole point to ordering before you go is so the food is ready when you get there. Otherwise, food was good. Kids were happy. Order was correct.“
“-Rant- Okay y'all, it's time to stop whining and crying about the slightly higher prices. It costs a lot of money to rent a spot in a travel plaza like this. If you don't like it, there's a McDonald's just a few minutes away off of the pike. Or if you're smart, you'd use the McDonald's app and save money. -End rant- I popped in for breakfast since my next stop wasn't for a couple hundred more miles. As I was walking in the south entrance I hit the order button on the app. By the time I reached their counter on the other side of the building they were finishing my order. Can't get much faster than that. I bought two sausage and egg McMuffins with cheese for a total of $5.45. THAT'S NOT EXPENSIVE! But I took advantage of the deals in the app. Heck, the discount I used doesn't require any points or anything, it's just there. The service was fast, friendly, accurate and fresh. No complaints here.“
