“It's hard to rate McDonald's since they are all roughly the same these days. I would try to base it on service but we just stopped in for a shake and a smoothy and left. It was clean and from the small interaction we had the staff was friendly.“
“I wanted to leave a positive review for the young lady who was working multiple stations around 1:12 PM today. Despite being extremely busy, she remained professional, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. I believe her name was Kalisi (I apologize if I have that wrong).
Unfortunately, my experience with the drive-thru was not as positive. Our order was handed to us without anyone verifying that everything was included and correct. What stood out even more was that Kalisi appeared to be handling most of the workload on her own while management was not actively assisting her.
Kalisi deserves recognition for her hard work, positive attitude, and dedication to customers. She made a frustrating experience much better, and I wanted to make sure her efforts were acknowledged.“
“Honestly McDonald's are Hit or Miss all over the country. However, this stop was the best McDonald's I've had in a very long time. Food was hot and fresh (including the french fries). Buns were steamed and not hard. Speed was excellent. I actually had a really good experience here.“
