“kiosk ordering does not promote good customer service. There was no alternative to it. At least not on that Saturday morning. Kiosk ordering takes longer but I get it saves on staff time. They can be doing other things.The young lady who brought our order to the table was very nice.“
“I ordered in advance and wanted to add something. But before I could say my code or anything-she pulled up my order and just said pull forward in almost an angry tone. I pulled up and was disappointed to see a trainer there displaying that kind of attitude. Food was fresh and good but service was lacking.“
