Natura Vue Resort Reviews
Our family had a fantastic stay at The Vue. All the staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely friendly. The rooms were clean, well cared for, and smelled clean. The amenities were the best feature. The kids and I had a multitude of choices of fun to do within a 10 minute drive of our hotel. This made our stay convenient and packed full of great memories.
Really appreciated the Starbucks Cafe for morning coffee. The food & drinks at The Boathouse Restaurant were very delicious. Our room was clean & spacious. Loved that the hotel is right off the Riverwalk path that leads to downtown. Pool & hot tub were really nice. Gorgeous view!
This hotel is amazing. I love the river view. I get one of the rooms that face the river with a balcony to enjoy sitting outside of your room and look at the beautiful nature in front of you.

Natura Vue Resort offers a range of experiences for visitors, though opinions vary among guests. The resort features clean rooms with great views, but many reviewers noted that the rooms need updates and better maintenance. Some rooms appeared different from online pictures, and they were described as dark and somewhat dreary. Sound insulation is a concern, as guests can hear noise from hallways and neighboring rooms.
The location is a highlight, being within walking distance of tourist attractions and providing access to a waterpark and zoo, which guests appreciated. Complimentary drink tickets and zoo passes were seen as nice perks. However, the experience at The Boat House restaurant was mixed, with some guests frustrated by the service and limited hours.
Amenities include two pools, a hot tub, and a sauna, but some facilities, like the indoor pool, could use improvements. The staff is generally friendly, contributing to a feeling of safety. While some guests found the resort pricey and had issues like late check-in times, others enjoyed the relaxing views of the water and the nearby River Walk. Overall, Natura Vue Resort may be worth considering for those looking to explore the area, especially families with younger children, but travelers seeking a quieter, more modern experience might want to look elsewhere.
