“We had a confirmed reservation at another dining establishment locally this past Sunday for a friends birthday brunch. Long story short they didn’t have the reservation when we arrived. To our luck the French Goat staff got us a table and the food was AMAZING and the customer service was spot on! Please tell everybody thanks for making a possible bad situation perfect“

Lady at the counter was so sweet and patient with my children, gave my husband tons of extra pickles (to his delight), and was helpful in making suggestions. Plus everything was delicious!!! “Lewisburg, WV, is a wonderful town, and Del Sol Cantina is a perfect complement! The restaurant is clean and well maintained (the patio looked very nice, but it was too cold to eat out there). Service was stellar and attentive. We had the chips appetizer with guac and queso cheese - mmmmm. My wife got the birria tacos, which were super juicy and tasty. The real star of the evening was the blackened shrimp tacos, though - a perfect blend of crispy cabbage, sweet sauce, caramelized onions, and crispy seasoned shrimp. YES! There are lots of other appealing options on the menu, so we'll be back. Great job, guys!“

“What an amazing gem that The Sportsman Tavern brings to our area! From the decorations to the pimento cheese stuffed pretzels — the variety of live music, block parties, the number game, Queen of Hearts board game along with tables having build in chess and checker boards! The owners, Brittany, Lee, and Dan are so welcoming and keep an extensive collection of beverages! It is an atmosphere that is unlike any in the area and the customers that frequent have all been such an amazing caliber of people! Everyone should keep up to date with the events here - they’re constantly doing something!“

“It's literally an aircraft hangar. This is a huge industrial space with picnic tables and a few hightops and the stools at the bar, which is at the far end. You'll get to walk past the huge beer brewing vats, which is definitely cool. We were able to order drinks from a friendly beertender and they have plenty of options/styles available.

Why not five stars? They are very limited for non-alcoholic options, just some canned soda and a root beer, but no non-alcoholic beer. That's a bummer for those who don't consume alcohol, which includes my sober wife.

Still a nice place and we enjoyed our light dinner from their partner food kitchen, The Hangar.“
