“Had a really great experience at Captain D’s today thanks to an outstanding manager. I came in a bit frustrated because a 1-piece fish meal deal showed on the app but wasn’t available in-store. Even during a busy lunch rush, she took the time to kindly explain that it was an app-exclusive offer and suggested the 2-piece meal as a better value.

Despite how slammed they were, she stayed calm, professional, and genuinely helpful the entire time. That kind of customer service doesn’t go unnoticed. Huge appreciation to her and the team for handling everything with patience and kindness!“
