“A lone employee, Karista, was bravely handling 5 customers’ orders with no other help, in addition to having double duty from the previous employee who left her duties undone!! She deserves a raise and promotion to corporate trainer. She was poised, expedient, courteous, and apologetic for the wait created by the lack of adequate staffing. The manager needs to be on-site to support the local staff who have to put up with short-sighted penny pinching staffing.“

I heard everything, he was super loud and rude. It was all due to HIS negligence.“

Parking: Small parking lot, but it's not usually too busy so there's lots of spots open.

“Better than expected being in the middle of nowhere. Food tasted fresh, service was prompt and personable, restaurant was clean even though the parking lot area was a little awkward.

“This time when I went to Wendy's it was in Elkins WV. I stopped for a Baked Potato with butter, sour cream, and chives and a chocolate frosty. I needed to get something soft to eat. The potato was good this time. The Frosty's are always good and hits the spot.I went through the drive-throu and they were VERY Busy so I was there in line for a while.“

“There was a mixup in the time my order was to be delivered to my workplace... my fault. I thought I was placing an order for 11:30 the next morning but turns out it popped up on the restaurant's computer as "deliver now" .... but it was 10pm and obviously no one was there. Long story short, I felt terrible and wanted to somehow make it right. But no, the good people at the Elkins papa John's assured me not to worry, put the pizza in a nearby "blessing box" where hungry people can enjoy it, and promised to remake my order and deliver it again in the morning. They wouldn't take any more money and were as nice as could be. Kudos to the delivery person, manager and owner for outstanding customer service. I goofed but they just kindly took care of it. Impressive! I am definitely a loyal customer!!“
