“This is hands down best Pizza in the surrounding area. I am used to NY and NJ pizza and this is the closest so far. We have dined in and the salad is always crisp and fresh. The place is clean. The atmosphere usually quiet and decor is sparce. However, the service is prompt and to the point. Also best NY style cheesecake.“

“There was a mixup in the time my order was to be delivered to my workplace... my fault. I thought I was placing an order for 11:30 the next morning but turns out it popped up on the restaurant's computer as "deliver now" .... but it was 10pm and obviously no one was there. Long story short, I felt terrible and wanted to somehow make it right. But no, the good people at the Elkins papa John's assured me not to worry, put the pizza in a nearby "blessing box" where hungry people can enjoy it, and promised to remake my order and deliver it again in the morning. They wouldn't take any more money and were as nice as could be. Kudos to the delivery person, manager and owner for outstanding customer service. I goofed but they just kindly took care of it. Impressive! I am definitely a loyal customer!!“
