As a whole food plant based vegan, there are not many restaurants to choose from that not only offer true vegan (plant based) meals as well as also use local whole ingredients. While eating at home is more than satisfying, sometimes it’s nice to get a flavor perspective from another source. First time eating here. Most pleasant staff ( host, waitress, kitchen personnel, chef's, and owner. The food was outstanding, and plenty of. The vegan carrot cake, the best I ever ate!
