“Went through the drive through after work and it was busy. The kid taking my order was probably new and was trying hard to get get it right but my order was still wrong. After realizing this, the manager and supervisor offered to fix it free of the up charge and made sure I got what I wanted. They were so expedient in this, I was extremely impressed. Quality customer service and care from the team. Thank you.“
“This is a staple in Buckhannon and only open in the warmer months. The line was long but moved quickly. They mostly serve ice cream and hot dogs 🌭. The store is clean and linens back to the 60's with its neon sign. They have tables on the side where you can sit and enjoy your sweet treat. This location has sift serve chocolate and swirl as well as vanilla.“

“Stopped in with my family on Labor Day weekend—phenomenal margarita (we had the Blueberry Maple), very well balanced, not too sweet and the maple truly came through. Everyone throughly enjoyed their meal, and our server was kind, knowledgeable and attentive. If I wasn’t from out of town/3 hours away, this would be a go-to spot for sure. 10/10!“
