“The only thing I’m mad about is that I haven’t been here before! What a gem of a place, located right in the heart of thriving downtown Ashland! The interior is so comfortable, open, and inviting. They have a nice coffee bar (which I didn’t utilize this visit), a well-stocked freezer case with treats to take home, and of course the main counter. I and my friend were greeted warmly by a worker who was both knowledgeable and personable. She was patient and helped guide me into picking a perfect treat for myself. The frozen custard was delicious, and I love the wide variety of add-ins and toppings. Can’t wait for my next trip back to try…everything!“

Today was the grand opening under new ownership and new management.
Tried the Panther Paw and I loved it! It was massive and delicious! Would 100% eat again. I'd eat another one now if I still wasn't so full. Also, I probably wouldn't be so full if I hadn't eaten the regular hotdog first or chased my burger with a small chocolate shake. By the way, the sauce on my hot dog was actually quite tasteful. I'm going to have to go back for onion rings and cheese sticks. Perhaps a chicken sandwich. My sister had the chicken basket and said the chicken was really good.

“We will not be returning to eat there. Soft serve chocolate hasn't been available to customers in 2 months. we were told the machine has been broken. Hotdogs, hotdog sauce and cheese very low grade....Vietti, would've been better! Although, I'm Pretty sure it was Vietti. Fried mushrooms that were burnt, dried up mushroom inside of all 6 of them. Ranch dressing tasted old or stale. Husband's ice cream, Butter pecan, had an eye lash it!! It also tasted freezer burnt as well. We want to support local business, but this is not acceptable anymore.“

“This Dairy Queen is AMAZING! I've gotten ice cream cakes at this particular store for years, always nice but just a normal experience. They are clean, they have a good selection and are on my way home, it's a win/win. I had a fluke with Maiya's cake that she wanted yesterday, someone else was supposed to order it but didn't and I didn't find out until 3:00 p.m. ... I wanted to pick the cake up by 4:30 p.m. I just KNEW I was going to have to get her a different design. She would have been fine but she wanted this specific one. I called the store and the young lady that answered knew she couldn't promise to help without approval so she put the owner on. I explained what happened and how I know it might not be possible but turning 13 is important for a girl so if they can make this cake by 4:30 I would even pay extra. Not only did he not hesitate to help in every way, but he took my cake order and promised it would be done by the time I got off work, all while being busy as all heck on a 70 degree day in February. He even made jokes about the weather and being so busy. There was a stress in his voice but you could tell it was a good bit of stress that he handled perfectly. It really isn't common for most places to go out of their way for customers these days. They are sticklers to the guidelines, which is understandable. Normally a special design like the tye-dye pooh emoji needs to be ordered at least 24 prior to pick up... they helped me out in a pinch and it was done and ready to be written on by the time I walked up to their front counter. They had no problem helping me out at all and it really made my baby girl's day.“

“Didn't go inside so can't judge the atmosphere? I only used the drive through.Because because my immune system is very low so I don't go inside restaurants. But they, however, do have great food and great service at the drive through window and they also had my service. Dogs pup cup, I'm glad.“
