“My husband and I were traveling this evening with our dog and didn’t want fast food. We noticed this place had outdoor dining and we took a chance, asked and they allowed us to eat outside with our puppy. The gentleman who waited on us was so kind and all our food was amazing. I didn’t realize until after we left at 9:15-9:20 that they actually closed at 9pm and I felt horrible about that. Please check this place out, so good!“

“My Lady Friend read comments about this cafe and we made a special trip to try their food. Steve the owner made us welcome, and after checking the menu, I had the shrimp Po-Boy, friend had half a shrimp Po-Boy and a cup of Gumbo. I have been many times to New Orleans and the food here is every bit as good as N.O.— I took a cup of Gumbo home too. Delicious !!“

“Perfect spot for a date night! We were drawn to this place for many reasons. From the history and atmosphere to the limited days/hours of service, we knew we were in for a treat. Service was consistent from the moment we arrived.
Chef James Hillen rivals some of the top Chefs that we have dined with. The food was FANTASTIC! Our steaks were flavorful and cooked to perfection with an exceptional sear.
The garlic mashed potatoes were perfectly seasoned and prepared. The homemade mac and cheese was creamy with the perfect crust on top. The salad was a good portion size and tasted like it was freshly chopped and prepared.
The asparagus was cooked to perfection and perfectly seasoned. The crème brûlée was balanced and creamy with a delicious hardened caramelized sugar layer.
We can't brag on this place enough and definitely recommend this restaurant. This is a place we will dine at again!“

“Backyard was recommended to me to try out. 100% worth your trip. I started off with a small order of the Mahi Mahi. I may say without any hesitation, some of the absolute BEST I have ever had. Served on a stone plate with a side of soy sauce and ginger. Then I got the small Memphis pizza. Came out perfectly sliced. It had the wood burning stove markings on the crust. Very flavorful. 10/10 definitely recommend! I definitely will be back!“
“Allow me to gush about this place for a bit because it's become a staple of my Huntington experience. I haven't had a single bad meal here. The Kale Caesar! is one filling salad, y'all. Great dressing, add some yummy grilled chicken, and you're filled up and satisfied. Seared Tuna Salad is off the CHAIN. Perfect acidity in the dressing, and the combination of that tuna and the sharp/sweet pineapple is so nice. The duck fat fries are perfectly crisp and flavorful on their own, and I always get the harissa aioli for dipping. It's sweet with the tiniest bit of delicious almost-spice. The Brat Burger is the definition of savory. I'm not a kraut fan, so I got it without, but that brat patty is tender and juicy, the mustard has the right amount of bite to it, and the caramelized onions are sweet and velvety. The Brass Monkey is the only thing I've ever not been over the moon about, but that's totally a matter of personal taste. The Thai peanut sauce on it was absolutely delicious, but I'd just maybe ask for lighter on the cream cheese next time. The Californication (minus the black bean corn pico because corn mixed into other stuff is texturally challenging for me) was another savory, almost smoky delight. That runny egg just sauces it all up once you bite into it. I saved my all time favorite for last, which is the Ay Caramba. Y'ALL. For me, it's like the ultimate burger. The patty itself has just the right amount of pink in the middle, the chorizo melted in with the pepper jack cheese punches you right in the mouth with flavor, and the blistered jalapeno with the cilantro and spicy kewpie mayo crowning the glory all combines for the perfect spicy, flavorful kick! Bar tender (sorry bro I don't know your name!) is top notch and gives honest, informed advice on foods and is super friendly and cool and welcoming. Also, Boogercat Brown Ale is one of my absolute favorite brown ales of all time. LOVE The Peddler!“

“First time here. Got a pineapple and ham calzone with the sweet sauce. Was pretty good, a little heavy on the dough spices, good amount of ham, could use more pineapple and cheese. Having some of the sweet sauce to dip into would have been nice too. So my recommendations are ask for extra pineapple and cheese, and a side of the sweet sauce. May have to try some more items another day.“

“I love the food here! I recommend getting the sampler platter for two. I did the one with meat versus the vegetarian option. You get a ton of food and a wide variety of items to try. I think ourselves had chicken curry, a vegetable korma, a tandoori chicken, 2 dumplings and dessert. Wonderful!“

“I have been eating from Chesapeake Giovanni's for years and tonight I ordered a pizza and it was the best pizza I had ever eaten!! Good job whomever made it!!! It was delicious!!!! “Customer service is a lost commodity in today’s works but not with this location.
This is the only Giovanni’s we go to. Why? Well tonight they overcooked our pizza a little but it was still ok. Not ok for the team there because they made me another pizza before I knew about it.
The lady brought out two pizzas and I was thinking I never ordered two. She explained she overcooked one and showed me. Then she opened the other and said look how pretty this one is. I was shocked they stepped up before I knows about it. A

“The place is beautiful. The food is excellent. I shared one of their chef's salad and part of a baked spaghetti. The baked spaghetti was full of cheese with the sauce on top. “Highly Recommend this place. I recently travelled from Perth Australia to see a concert in Huntington, and ate and drank there both nights while in town.
All the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. The Atmosphere was fantastic including ice cold Budweiser and great food. Best Buffalo wings I have ever tasted, definitely also try the Buffalo Chicken pizza and burgers. Very well priced also. A Plus 5 Stars on all levels. ?“

“Tried for the first time today. The service was fast and food was hot. I ordered for takeout. The previous reviews are right it is a lot of cheese but I enjoyed the pizza. The cheese sticks are good as well and the dipping sauce reminds me of gattiland but that's not a bad thing for me. Prices were reasonable and you get a good amount.“

“Bombshells is always a great experience! Very pleased with all of the details: the service, food is delicious, huge portions (always have food leftover to take home).
