Food made to order was hot and and fresh worth the wait!
So I don’t get to go to Long John Silver‘s that often due to location of where I live so of course I was excited to revisit this restaurant and I am not one bit disappointed the food was excellent. The service very welcoming I would hardly recommend coming here!!!
We got the wrong drinks, they fixed it but it was still wrong, we were missing fries with our meal and the food was only moderately warm.

Based on the reviews, Long John Silver's | A&W in Charles Town, VA, is a fantastic restaurant. The food is fantastic, with the best fish and chicken and classic LJS. The fish was cooked perfect. The food is fresh, classic LJS, and good. The atmosphere was great. The staff provides excellent customer service. The manager came out and introduced himself, a nice touch. One staff attendant was one of the best, very pleasant, taking orders, cooking, and attending the window. Another staff member was awesome and kept everyone happy. The inside could use a face lift, but the great food makes up for it. This is a great place to grab a bite to eat.
