“Today is my daughter’s Birthday. I wanted to surprise her with crumbl cookie. (Her favorite) Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, they were closed. A very polite young employee, told me I could return later and they would be open. I explained I had drove sum distance to get this gift for my daughter and would not be able to return later. Without hesitation, she ran to the back, returned with my order, and said, “tell your daughter, happy birthday from us”.
It’s hard to find caring service like this anymore. It’s people like this who truly understand, the key to great service is, ‘exceed expectations’.

“It is very great to bring a different variety of music to the Charleston area, and this place is doing just that. Many different bands and different genres of music for all. It is still in its early stages, and some very famous bands have played here already and there is still more concerts to come“

“Sadly, hubby and I bypassed this store always intending to stop in. We FINALLY made the time, and we were not disappointed! The selection was nice - bread, sweets, soup mixes, chips - it has it all!We buy several bags of bread and freeze them. Once we got tons of hot dog and hamburger buns and I put them in the freezer, broke them into the right amount for our family (i.e. 4 buns per bag) then vacuum sealed them. It added up to be only 0.03 per bun!The people inside have always been friendly, some more than others, but then again, it's a stressful time.I definitely recommend Flowers Baking Company if you want to save money and still have quality bakery items.“
