Went here with my girlfriend last year on our trip to WV. Everything was great from the beef wellington to the half pound potato down to even the free popover breads. We also were seated in a private area which was really nice. Well worth the money and if ever in Charleston again will revisit !
This was my first experience at Chop House. I ordered the NY Strip, my wife and brother ordered filets, and my sister-in-law had the Chilean Sea Bass. Every entrée was excellent. We shared the dauphin potatoes and saute spinach and garlic. The French onion soup was some of the best I've ever tasted.The service was excellent.

After so long we FINALLY decided to take a night for ourselves away from the kids. This was our first fine dinning experience at the highly anticipated Chop House in Charleston, WV. We received phenomenal service, and though the wait for our entrees was longer than expected, it was well worth the wait.
