“There was 1 employee who did the first the section and 1 who did the second, ensuring no cross contamination. Both people put the food on carefully and didn’t throw everything in one place. Finally, my husband asked for a chipotle sauce but a different sauce was in the bottle. She noticed immediately (only went to a small part of the sandwich) and offered to remake the sandwich. He said it was okay and just to add the right sauce. She ended up taking the portion with the wrong sauce off and readding the ingredients. Food was delicious!“

“I have visited this shop about a dozen times. I love the fresh food. I have always been greeted and made to feel welcomed, except last night 3/3/21 the girl working acted like it was a bother to wait on me! She was so unfriendly, didn’t say thank you actually she did speak to me at all! I would like the managers to know this. I am not one to complain, I also work with the public. She was just plain rude!!!“

“I went in last night after a really tiring shift it was about 8:40 or 8:50 and all I wanted was a hot sub and some fry’s but I got so much more. There was only one other person In the lobby when I got there which made it really quick to get my food when I order they were very polite and helpful i even stood at the register having small talk with one of the employees until my food came out I sat down and ate my food it was delicious 10/10 once I finished and was walking out the door the employee made sure to tell me to have a good night I thanked them and left. this experience made my night so much better it was very much needed after my shift I love this location and I’ll be sure to recommend to my friends and family.“

“Super cute Subway on the G Level across from the gift shop. Ordered a fresh Turkey & Bacon wrap! Service was quick & fresh. Very clean and super speedy! Great staff and very kind. Conveniently inside the WVU Hospital and open til 8pm. Plenty of chip offerings and drink offerings. Close to the interstate and gasoline.“

“I highly recommend going to Subway if they have really good food there which we all know just know what you want when you get there because the girl there rode her eyes at my daughter when my daughter got nervous and didn't want to tell her what she wanted and the girl laughed about it when she wrote her eyes at her I didn't think that was really nice but she made good food just she's bad customer service skills but so good place to go I highly recommend it“

“The poor guy working behind the counter. No one else was working. He had the lunch rush of people standing at the counter waiting to be waited on, plus all the call orders to fill. He was a very nice man. He explained to customers that he would get to them as fast as he could. He was very polite and curiosity. Working to make each customer feel special as he made sandwiches. This store should be proud to have a employee like this gentleman. Sorry I didn't get his name. I was there on Friday December 1, 2023 at 11:45am.“

“Great Subs of all kinds! Super clean and well lit! Close to the interstate and gasoline. We had a Philly steak and cheese sub! Yummo! And a Subway Club! Fresh and delicious! Beside the CAMC office as well. Nice escape for folks. Plenty of dining space with ambiance.“
