I have always been greeted and made to feel welcomed, except last night 3/3/21 the girl working acted like it was a bother to wait on me! She was so unfriendly, didn’t say thank you actually she did speak to me at all! I would like the managers to know this. I am not one to complain, I also work with the public. She was just plain rude!!!“

“Super cute Subway on the G Level across from the gift shop. Ordered a fresh Turkey & Bacon wrap! Service was quick & fresh. Very clean and super speedy! Great staff and very kind. Conveniently inside the WVU Hospital and open til 8pm. Plenty of chip offerings and drink offerings. Close to the interstate and gasoline.“

“Food was pretty good, but very sloppy and the bread was soggy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was clean. There was a rough looking, foul mouthed group of people gathered outside the store being obnoxious and harassing a homeless man and woman who were also outside. It was very uncomfortable.“

“Penn Subs makes all sort of sub sandwiches, and one of the best cheesesteaks. You can even get a pizza sub. Their French fries are the real deal and cut fresh from whole potatoes in a large bin there. They are soooo good. They make their cheesesteaks with your choice of beef or chicken, along with onions, green or banana peppers, mushrooms, condiments e.g.: mayo, mustard, etc. Their bread, I think, is the best anywhere in the area, period. It's got a hearty consistency and it only enhances the sandwiches. Once you order and grab your drink, they'll bring out your basket with the food.
Note: the entire menu is on the wall to the right when you first walk through the door. This restaurant is located next to the post office and Dollar store in the Southridge Shopping Center. There's Sam's, a Walmart, a Pet store, Aldis and a plethora of other stores. This is a great place to enjoy lunch or dinner. If your traveling on Rt 119, you may consider this for your food stop. EZ Off, and EZ Back onto Rt 119.

“The poor guy working behind the counter. No one else was working. He had the lunch rush of people standing at the counter waiting to be waited on, plus all the call orders to fill. He was a very nice man. He explained to customers that he would get to them as fast as he could. He was very polite and curiosity. Working to make each customer feel special as he made sandwiches. This store should be proud to have a employee like this gentleman. Sorry I didn't get his name. I was there on Friday December 1, 2023 at 11:45am.“

“This Subway provides the same standard, no frills experience as many others. The food was okay it's the usual Subway fare, nothing special or notably fresh, but it serves its purpose for a quick, familiar meal. The restaurant was functional. It's a reliable spot if you know exactly what to expect and aren't looking for anything beyond the basics.“

“This place is the best. Customer service is everything ,they lucked up and got some great workers. Pay them to keep them ,, this is the only restaurant I've been in that I'm always treated like family. They are the business and the owners are lucky to have them.
