“LOVE LOVE LOVE their food!!!! I have been here several times and I have enjoyed every experience. I would like to comment on the service, we have to order from a kiosk and keep our ticket number to prove what we paid for, which I understand. The first time I came I didnt know we had to keep the ticket number and when my food was ready it was difficult to prove the food was mine and had to go back and retrieve my order number to show them to recieve my food. After learning from that moment I now keep my ticket every time and would advise anyone who is visiting to KEEP YOUR TICKET lol. And they are low of staff so ultimately I understand why it is that way. Anyways, the food is amazing and I visit almost everytime I am in the south charleston area!“
“I visited this Jersey Mikes for the first time today. I live in NC and we eat at the one near our house at least once a month. We love it. I was hoping for the best when I picked up my order and it actually exceeded my expectation! It was busy inside and with to-go orders… that was a good sign. I order a #9 Club Supreme in a bowl, #7 Turkey and Provolone and #66 Portabella Cheese Steak.I requested extra onion on the #9 and banana peppers on the side.When I got home, my additional instructions were followed, the food was beyond what I expected and extremely delicious. By far the best Jersey Mikes I have ever had, and my mom, who lives in Teays Valley said “I just found me a new place”. Congratulations, you just earned a new customer. Keep up the good work!“
“Seems sketchy first walking in. Lady made all the difference in the world. No one there, I had 5 subs to make she did one by one, very pleasant to chat with. Did not get flustered, never rude and seemed to enjoy what she did. I mean our bill was over 50.00. So a lot of sandwiches. She took her time to make sure every sandwich was exactly how we wanted .She needs a raise!! She did an awesome job, bathroom clean and she kept her work area clean as well. Most subways the place seems a little trashy. Not hers!! We would be back when we pass over the ohio/West Virginia bridge again!“
“Great service and awesome food! I got the loaded potato and an order of chicken nibblers with a lemonade, and my husband got the loaded fries with a mello yellow. Everything tasted great and the employees were all friendly. I couldn't resist and got a chocolate chip cookie, hands down the best cookie I've ever had. All around good experience.“

“I highly recommend going to Subway if they have really good food there which we all know just know what you want when you get there because the girl there rode her eyes at my daughter when my daughter got nervous and didn't want to tell her what she wanted and the girl laughed about it when she wrote her eyes at her I didn't think that was really nice but she made good food just she's bad customer service skills but so good place to go I highly recommend it“
“The staff Is always friendly and the food is always fresh. This is probably the best subway attached to a gas station around.Parking: It is difficult to find parking in the lot sometimes. Other than that the parking is right in front of the door.“
“Yesterday my husband and I came in and ordered a chicken bacon ranch foot long and a Philly cheesesteak foot long around 7:00pm. We were kindly greeted by two gentleman. The one gentleman that made our order was amazing! Incredibly respectful with the precise sub making skills and it was the best subs we have ever had from Subway in our lifetime! Those two gentlemen are the prime examples of a great employee that shows superb hospitality and patience while under pressure.“
