“I went there with a date, for lunch. The only thing I didn't care for was the wair to be seated. We stood there for 14 minutes waiting for someone. The woman who came in behind us walked immediately to the cashier and began speaking with her. She grabbed a menu and proceeded to walk around us and when a server finally came, she was at first. They didn't have a sign up, stating they were looking for help, but we weren't even acknowledged by anyone.“

“Service was great. Our steak was overcooked and dry though which was disappointing as we were out for our anniversary. But the waitress could tell I was struggling eating it and took it off the bill without me asking for anything. That was very appreciated! They were extremely busy so we'll give them a try again. “I’m originally from Seattle and my family originates from Saigon, so i’m very used to having easily accessible Viet restaurants and home cooked food. I work in travel healthcare and chose Charleston, WV and was really worried I wouldn’t find a place close by for some authentic Vietnamese food. WRONG!! This place exceeded my expectations and even has specialty dishes like cà ri gà (chicken coconut yellow curry) BBH(spicy beef noodle soup), hủ tiếu bò kho (beef stew noodle soup) and delicious bánh mì!!! Omg the bánh mì is to die for and their baguettes are so crispy but soft on the inside, flavorful fillings and veggies. Just wish the jalapeños were spicier. Homey ambiance in the restaurant which is all you need. I also got the Hủ tiếu Bò kho and it was FANTASTIC!! All the side veggies satisfied my craving for good texture with the noodles and the beef stew was so flavorful and tasty. I loved my experience here and i’m sooo glad Charleston has a great Viet food spot. Thank the heavens for your business!“

I have eaten at several of the different tudors locations around the area! I would usually drive to nitro to eat but this morning i chose Dunbar! And my order the same as usual! The Big Tater! It has almost everything Tudors has to offer! I placed my order for the Big Tater and told them to load it up! Well for once they finally got it right! I havnt had the perfect Big Tater in a few years since a friend of mine left the nitro store! Finally the Dunbar store has the employees that knows what their food is supposed to be when their customer says add an extra sausage and load it all up! “First time in this building since it was Suzi's. I'm very impressed I must say. The quesadilla was amazing. The tacos I got were beef and the flavor was excellent. We also ordered Cheese dip for the chips and it was some of the best I've had. The salsa was great too. We had our food faster than we ever had at any other Mexican restaurant and the service was great.“

“I ordered online for pick up , my order was delayed by 15 minutes for chicken tenders when I got home I realized they forgot to sauce the tenders and also forgot my bourbon beans but service people were welcoming just wished I got what I ordered“

“We got to watch a deluge and lightning 🌩 storm from the comfort of our table at Applebee's near the big mall outside of Charleston WV. Delicious meals and appetizers and good company. Our server was nice and always ahead of our requests for drinks and anything else we needed.“

“Honestly the best pizza place around, not because there Pizza is the best it's good but nothing crazy. What makes this place different is the staff.

The delivery driver drove to me not once, not twice, but 3 times to ensure that we got my son's pizza box.

My son has a few special needs. Basically it meant a lot to him that we supported him by getting him HIS pizza box that he made for a school fundraiser. The delivery driver made damn sure we did too, there were some mixups back at the store which totally makes sense I am sure they were slammed, not complaining, but praising how on what must have been a hectic night the driver and the staff made sure we got that darn box.

We usually get the same driver who drives a truck and is husky not sure his name, but my kids love him. He always is friendly, just a super cool human being.

Anyways just saying that the staff at this store is top notch and if there Upper management does not give them a reward in the next 30 days they should be fired and hire new upper management. Lol halfway joking but I will check in to make sure they got some kudos for making box night a success at least at my house. If you guys did not do anything for them, I will. I will also give them the option to get a new job where they will be appreciated at another local place as I know a good bit of GM's in this area.“
